Delete your account or cloud data

From the app
Open Settings → Account & cloud save (Account & progress), sign in to the account you want to remove, then choose Delete online account and confirm. This deletes your game account and its cloud backup. It keeps offline progress on your device and does not delete your Google account.
Without the app
Email support@pandamayhem.com from the Google address used to sign in. Use the subject “Astral Relics account deletion” and say whether you want your game account and cloud backup deleted, or only your cloud-save data removed. We verify ownership before completing the request and reply about any further verification needed and completion. Do not include passwords, login codes or session tokens.
What is removed
Account deletion removes the Supabase game account and associated cloud-save collection, equipment, currencies, formations, campaign/challenge progress, gameplay records, preferences and backup revisions, recovery history and save-request receipts. Limited service-provider security logs/backups may remain under provider retention practices or legal obligations. Your Google account is unaffected.
Device-local saves are separate: clear the app’s storage or uninstall to remove them. Signing out or uninstalling alone does not delete the online account.
