Offline play and optional accounts
You can play without an account. Collection, formations, currencies, equipment, campaign progress, battle records and preferences are stored privately on your device. Google sign-in is optional. In versions with automatic saving, signing in enables account progress saving while connected. Without signing in, progress stays on the device. Earlier beta versions use explicit manual account progress controls.

Google sign-in
When you choose Continue with Google, Google and Supabase process sign-in using your Google identity, email and standard profile information, which may include your name and profile-image reference. Supabase manages the game account. The app retains the Supabase account identifier, email and session credentials; it does not retain Google provider access or refresh tokens. These details are used for authentication, account management and securing access to your own backup, not advertising.

Automatic account progress and recovery
While signed in on versions with automatic saving, the game saves progress to Supabase after local changes. It includes your collection, currencies, formations and any custom formation names, equipment, campaign and challenge progress, gameplay/reward records and preferences. Save revisions, timestamps, request identifiers and integrity fingerprints support retries and recovery. Pending saves stay on the device during connection failures. Older devices cannot silently overwrite newer account progress. An idle device with unchanged progress may continue newer progress from the same account automatically after preserving a local recovery copy; conflicting changes require a choice. Previous account revisions are kept in a limited recovery history. This beta progress is not yet a verified competitive record.

Security and service providers
Account and backup requests use HTTPS encryption in transit. Android Keystore protects locally saved session credentials and temporary sign-in secrets. Android automatic application backup is disabled. Google and Supabase process network information such as IP addresses and service-security logs to operate and protect authentication and storage. Netlify hosts our public information pages and may process ordinary web-request information. We do not use network information to track your location. Retention and deletion
Local progress and recovery copies stay on your device until removed by you or replaced through account synchronization or an explicit progress choice. Signing out removes this device's session but keeps the online account and account progress. To delete your online game account and account progress, open Settings → Account & cloud save (Account & progress on the account screen) → Delete online account while signed in. Offline progress on the device is kept. You can also request account or cloud-data deletion without installing the app by following account and data deletion instructions or emailing support@pandamayhem.com from your sign-in address. We verify account ownership before processing emailed requests. Never send your password, authentication code or session token.

Current online account progress is retained until you delete it or request deletion. Up to ten previous progress revisions are retained for recovery; older revisions are removed as new revisions replace them. Up to 256 recent save request receipts support safe retries. Deleting the online account removes its current progress, recovery history and request receipts. Limited provider backups and security logs may remain according to provider retention practices or legal obligations. Support emails are handled through our email provider for resolving requests; avoid sending unnecessary personal information. Clearing app storage or uninstalling removes device-local progress and credentials, but does not request deletion of the cloud account. Deleting the game account does not delete your Google account.

Other features and audience
This release has no advertising SDK, analytics SDK, public chat, real-money purchase integration, or access to your contacts, camera, microphone or precise location. The game is intended for ages 13 and older. Google Play separately handles store installation, updates and feedback under Google's policies. Future features that change data handling will be reflected in an updated policy before release.
